As a licensed mental health counselor at Resilience Restorative Clinic, you'll operate from the comfort of your home or any remote location of your choice. Your role will encompass a diverse array of tasks aimed at ensuring effective treatment and support for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adults to identify their mental health needs and establish a clear understanding of their background and challenges.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to encourage healing and growth.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic and measurable goals to track their progress.
• Providing crisis intervention strategies to clients as needed, ensuring immediate support and a rapid response to critical situations.
• Maintaining accurate, secure, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic’s standards.
• Engaging in continuous professional development, including attending webinars, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of current practices and trends in mental health counseling.
• Collaborating with team members through participation in consultations, sharing insights on best practices, and engaging in social media outreach to promote mental health awareness.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and ability to establish trust will be crucial in helping clients feel comfortable and supported in their journey towards mental wellness.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Active registration with the applicable professional licensing body and maintenance of relevant professional liability insurance.
• Proficiency in administering assessments across different age groups and skilled in writing comprehensive reports.
• Demonstration of high levels of professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork, with a strong commitment to ethical practices.

While not required, the following experiences would be advantageous for candidates:

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with digital tools for remote counseling.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized training in working with specific populations.
• Assisting in the development of mental health programs or resources for community outreach.
