Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health and substance use issues at various stages, including pre-treatment assessments, ongoing evaluations during therapy, and post-treatment reviews, ensuring that the care provided is medically appropriate and beneficial.
  • Perform prior authorization reviews in accordance with established regulatory guidelines, assessing treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse to determine suitability and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with medical directors and leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, focusing on improving care quality and operational efficiency within our services.
  • Effectively present cases during staffing sessions and interdisciplinary rounds, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for treatment approaches and strategies.
