In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in analyzing and supporting the mental health needs of our diverse clientele. As a part of our team, you will primarily operate within a virtual framework, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home while having access to robust technological systems to enhance client interactions. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of client mental health status through virtual sessions to establish an understanding of their unique needs and circumstances.

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that align with evidence-based practices to effectively address a range of mental health disorders.

• Maintaining regular follow-up appointments with clients, offering ongoing support and utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborating with external healthcare providers, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care, such as making referrals to psychiatrists for medication management.

• Documenting therapy sessions and client progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and confidential records.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive methodologies to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness in treatment.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

We prefer candidates who also possess:

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, demonstrating the ability to support clients in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems to manage client information seamlessly.

• A commitment to ethical practices and professional boundaries, ensuring the highest standards in client confidentiality.

The salary range for this role is set between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
