Heart of Hope In-Home Health Care Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Engage directly with clients through telehealth sessions to assess their mental health needs and collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy and interventions that promote long-term mental wellness.
• Design, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment providers and external placement agencies to support our clients’ holistic care.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all client documentation and session notes following agency protocols.
• Maintain a consistent caseload while managing scheduling effectively and complying with all organizational policies.
• Regularly participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and enhance our therapeutic environment.
• Contribute positively to the organization’s culture by sharing knowledge, professional experiences, and team-building initiatives.

You will work alongside a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our diverse clientele highlights the importance of cultural competence, empathy, and understanding while providing effective therapy. • A fully licensed practitioner in Arizona with a current LPC, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or closely related fields.
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients, fostering trust and a therapeutic relationship.
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring junior staff or interns as needed.

While not mandatory, familiarity with telehealth platforms is a significant advantage, as is a background in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices. A passion for continuous professional development and learning will be highly regarded.

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
