This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with a dynamic team of professionals. We utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility to clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer the comfort of a familiar environment. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs, presenting issues, and support systems to formulate tailored therapy plans that address individual goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions across various formats—individual, couple, and family settings—using modalities based on clients’ specific needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in identifying personal aspirations during therapy, providing guidance and strategies to help achieve these goals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all confidentiality laws and maintain precise, up-to-date client documentation to support treatment continuity and client privacy.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and supervision, to stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as necessary, to foster a comprehensive support network for clients, enhancing their recovery journey.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at The Dream Works, Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes client-centered care, where you will be encouraged to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each person. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid and current LCMHC licensure in the state of Vermont.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and work effectively with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues through an empathetic and culturally competent lens.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building strong therapeutic alliances while maintaining professional boundaries.
• A capacity to work autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• At least two years of clinical experience working as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or in a comparable mental health role.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver remote counseling services.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations and ongoing involvement in continuing education.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
