The role of a Mental Health Therapist at Connections Health Care is fully remote, vesting you with the autonomy to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choosing. • Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing secure video chat technology, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to suit individual client needs, helping them navigate through their unique mental health experiences.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitate open dialogues with clients to foster insights into their feelings, relationships, and personal experiences, promoting self-awareness and growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress against treatment goals, adapting strategies and plans as needed, and assisting clients in creating healthy coping mechanisms.

This position focuses primarily on working with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing various mental health conditions. Our goal is to support clients in improving their mental well-being through effective coping strategies and skill development. The therapist will work with a demographic that includes individuals experiencing mild anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and similar challenges, thereby contributing to their overall wellness and functioning.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted License to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited license; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and facilitate productive therapeutic relationships.
• Strong computer literacy skills, especially with telehealth platforms and documentation tools.

While experience is not strictly required, candidates with backgrounds in outpatient settings or teletherapy experience will find themselves well-prepared to excel in this remote role. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, dependent on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, therapists are eligible for:
