• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based strategies.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities to foster personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and privacy regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and peer collaboration.

This role focuses on working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to their healing journey, guiding them through evidence-based therapeutic practices designed to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring timely documentation and effective management of client schedules.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing direct mental health services to clients.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for virtual treatment delivery.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive network for clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your experience level and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
