The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is actively seeking a qualified Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This remote position primarily serves the school setting, allowing for flexibility in managing work-life balance while ensuring access to mental health support for students in need. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in providing psychotherapy and counseling services aimed at enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of young individuals.

This position is fully remote, providing an innovative approach to counseling that accommodates the busy lives of both clients and staff. As part of our school-based program, you will engage with students, families, and educational staff, creating a collaborative environment that promotes mental wellness. Our team values work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling options which include 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within standard operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM).

• Conduct psychotherapy or counseling sessions tailored to individuals, groups, couples, or families, addressing various mental health concerns.
• Interview clients to gather essential social, personal, and health information to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through established diagnostic assessments, ensuring appropriate intervention strategies are implemented.
• Coordinate and design programs that cater to the social and emotional needs of clients, with a focus on integrating mental health services within educational frameworks.
• Facilitate discussions around cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, providing immediate crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions and make necessary adjustments to support client progress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with established protocols, maintaining an accurate and timely caseload.
• Engage in continuous professional development and may take on additional duties as required.

In this role, you will primarily serve students facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family-related concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the diverse needs of young clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, fostering resilience and promoting positive outcomes. Working closely with families and school personnel, you will create supportive networks that enhance the overall educational experience and emotional health of each student.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• You must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of four years in clinical social work or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in mental health counseling.
• Experience in addressing behavioral and mental health issues such as mood disorders, substance dependency, and interpersonal conflicts.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive pay structure, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
