Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to provide services from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a professional outpatient office standard through virtual platforms. Our team operates within a supportive, collaborative virtual environment, emphasizing work-life balance with a schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that address clients' specific mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Create a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages open and honest communication between the client and counselor.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable personal goals and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and challenges.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Utilize technology effectively to document sessions and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and span a range of ages, presenting with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) and possess a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience.
• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic practices, treatment planning, and patient engagement.
• Proficient communication skills, with a focus on virtual counseling settings. Familiarity with digital therapy tools is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with various counseling modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
• Prior involvement with multidisciplinary teams within mental health services.
• Ability to leverage telehealth technologies to enhance client interaction and engagement.
