• Conduct initial evaluations and detailed assessments to establish comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to deliver one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, empowering clients to embark on their healing journeys.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, thoughtfully chosen to match client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatric professionals, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, while ensuring that client files are securely managed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and seminars to stay informed about the latest research and innovations in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will provide support to clients not only in Virginia but also throughout the entire telehealth network, allowing you to impact a broad range of communities.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating a proficiency in addressing various mental health disorders.

• Experience in remote counseling settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology will give you a distinct advantage in delivering optimal care to clients.
• Previous work with underserved populations or within community mental health settings is a plus.
