This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Arizona. Our telehealth facility provides a supportive technological framework for virtual counseling sessions, ensuring counselors can deliver quality care effectively. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that respect their goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care strategies that address the holistic health of clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of client progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training opportunities, staying informed about the latest research in mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, utilizing your training to navigate high-stress situations effectively.

Your work will primarily focus on adult and adolescent clients presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our center is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment, and you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their unique perspectives and needs are honored.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal frameworks governing counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other counseling-specific software.

• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting, with the ability to adapt counseling techniques to an online medium.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and ongoing education within the mental health field.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
