As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clark Mental Health Clinic, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to provide accessible mental health care.
• Comprehensively assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, regularly evaluating progress and refining strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement cohesive care plans, ensuring clients receive holistic support.
• Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic support to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and recovery processes.
• Address and modify maladaptive behaviors that impede recovery, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client cases.

You will work with diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and relationship problems. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of and experience with medication management practices in mental health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine compassion for helping clients navigate their mental health challenges.

In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a community health or clinic setting.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth service delivery.
• A background in working with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Clark Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary package, we provide:
