As a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner at Painless Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitating evidence-based therapy modalities for individuals, groups, and families, using therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Coordinating care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated treatment approach, fostering holistic well-being for clients.
• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during urgent situations, ensuring clients receive timely help and guidance.
• Participating in outreach programs and community education events to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and engage the community.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from varied ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your ability to connect with and offer understanding will enhance treatment outcomes, making it essential to practice cultural competence in all interactions. Each therapist plays a vital role in fostering client trust, creating a safe, therapeutic environment conducive to growth and healing.

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
• A commitment to cultural sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring respectful and competent service to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills adept at maintaining accurate and timely documentation in a telehealth context.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy delivery.
• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to adapt to virtual service delivery.
