Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for delivering care to a diverse population, including individuals facing various complex mental health issues, compounded by medical challenges such as chronic illnesses, substance use, and pain management. Our patients seek help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, necessitating a sensitive and customized approach that aligns with their unique contexts and struggles.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals experiencing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients.
  • Ability to adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional boundaries while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems.

  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting or with remote patient interactions.
