Key Responsibilities

• Lead weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, utilizing constructive feedback and mentoring techniques.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to formulate holistic treatment plans and ensure comprehensive client care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of therapy sessions and supervision activities, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with research, best practices, and advancements in therapy to enhance service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, comprised of individuals of all ages and backgrounds seeking mental health support. We cater to a variety of psychological challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. As a therapist, you will play an instrumental role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state-issued license, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC, is mandatory.
• Proof of professional liability insurance must be maintained.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required to ensure competency and confidence in service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising clinical practicum students or interns is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a remote counseling or telehealth environment is advantageous but not necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
