Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, English-speaking Virtual Receptionist to handle front-desk responsibilities virtually. You’ll be the first point of contact for our business, offering exceptional customer service through calls, messages, and emails all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Maintain and update client contact information and CRM entries
