Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for clients to discuss their mental health journeys.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to gauge client progress and craft individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients develop new coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and essential communication skills.
• Maintain a caseload that aligns with your schedule, offering both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) options to support work-life balance.
• Document therapy sessions thoroughly to track client progress and ensure the continuity of care while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a population of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you'll be expected to employ culturally competent care that respects each individual’s unique life experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• No prior disciplinary actions; a clean professional record is essential for consideration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients, along with proficiency in computer technology to navigate telehealth software.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for facilitating uninterrupted virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, as it aids in the smooth adaptation to our digital counseling format.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
