• Conduct confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals and groups using established telehealth software that prioritizes client privacy and security.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, developing tailored treatment plans that acknowledge their unique circumstances.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate distress, providing real-time strategies and support to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Support clients in navigating and accessing essential community resources, social services, and support networks to enhance their social and emotional well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring consistency and integration in client treatment approaches.
• Empower clients by educating them on effective coping mechanisms, communication techniques, and self-care strategies that promote self-management of their mental health.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Silver Lining Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
