Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs. Utilize these evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, adapting methodologies to meet individual treatment goals.

• Engage actively with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing continuous guidance and support throughout the treatment process.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness strategies, based on clients' preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and session summaries to comply with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications
