• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude, essential for effective therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional license, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice.

A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field is required to effectively navigate the complexities of client care and therapy. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with therapeutic tools and methodologies will be beneficial.
