• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, crafting individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to suit the diverse needs of your clients, whether through cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or other recognized forms of therapy.
• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions, maintaining focus on the therapeutic alliance and adjusting strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Engage clients in the development of achievable therapeutic goals, tracking their advancements and making necessary modifications to the treatment approach whenever needed.
• Utilize telehealth services to ensure clients can access care remotely, addressing geographical and physical barriers that may affect their participation.
• Meticulously maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health best practices and innovations in therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. You will provide critical support to individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and more. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental space, you will help clients navigate their journeys toward healing.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by strong communication abilities to establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and struggles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a varied caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience working in a remote or teletherapy environment is preferred, as it encourages adaptability to the virtual nature of this role.
• Demonstrated familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial, streamlining appointment scheduling and documentation processes.
• A history of using evidence-based practices effectively in previous counseling roles will be advantageous.
