Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active and unencumbered license in the state of Kansas as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining a high standard of professional ethics.
  • No disciplinary actions on your license history.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing direct clinical services, particularly through telehealth platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for counseling services, including virtual meetings and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of community resources and an ability to help clients navigate these essential services.

Compensation and Benefits
