• Conduct initial assessments to identify individual needs and tailor treatment plans that align with a recovery-based framework.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individual service plans while promoting client autonomy and independence.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions aimed at enhancing coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Act as an advocate for clients by educating them on available community resources and services, ensuring they have access to the support they need.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with established privacy guidelines and regulations.

This position primarily serves adults aged 18 and older experiencing mental health challenges that impact their ability to maintain stability and independence within their communities. As a Mental Health Specialist Counselor, you will encounter a diverse range of patients, each with unique backgrounds and needs, allowing you to employ various therapeutic methods tailored to each individual.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unencumbered license in the state of Kansas as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining a high standard of professional ethics.
• No disciplinary actions on your license history.

• Experience providing direct clinical services, particularly through telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for counseling services, including virtual meetings and electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of community resources and an ability to help clients navigate these essential services.
• Ability to manage case loads efficiently, ensuring minimal paperwork and maximum client interaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team. Our compensation package includes:
