Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote outpatient care team in Florence, Colorado. This full-time position allows mental health professionals to make a lasting impact in the lives of diverse clientele while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Ideal candidates will possess a valid license in social work, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy, along with a passion for trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment methods.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, our mission is to provide exceptional mental health services through a collaborative approach that recognizes the importance of individualized care. The culture of our practice is rooted in respect, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to the mental health journey of our clients. Our outpatient office provides a supportive environment where clinicians are empowered to thrive professionally while facilitating transformative experiences for patients.

Work Environment

This role involves remote work while being part of an outpatient care team. You will be collaborating virtually with other mental health professionalsโ€”psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapistsโ€”enabling high-quality interactions that prioritize patient care. Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensure a work-life balance conducive to your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions tailored to each patient's specific circumstances.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to HIPAA standards and confidentiality guidelines to protect patient privacy.
  • Engaging in collaborative case discussions and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and treatment outcomes among the multidisciplinary team.
  • Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care practices and integrating new research into your therapeutic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our focus on delivering culturally competent and trauma-informed care means understanding each patientโ€™s unique background and experiences, which plays a vital role in fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Masterโ€™s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Possess an active license to practice in the state (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of psychotherapeutic interventions and customize your approach to meet the needs of each client.
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for developing rapport with clients.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations effectively.
  • Thrive in a team environment that values collaboration and seeks to enhance the welfare of both clients and staff.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required, preference will be given to candidates with specialized training or experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Candidates with experience working in outpatient settings and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-driven environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Access to life and disability insurance, as well as malpractice coverage for additional peace of mind.
  • An employee assistance program to support mental health and wellness.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including financial assistance for continuing education, ensuring that you advance your career while adhering to current best practices.
  • A streamlined paperwork process that allows you to spend more time directly supporting clients, ensuring fulfillment in your caseload.
Career Growth Opportunities

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers promising career pathways. Our commitment to professional development means you will have access to ongoing training and education that not only facilitates your licensure renewal but also enhances your skills in specific methodologies relevant to your practice.

Why Join Our Team
