Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish individualized treatment plans in collaboration with your clients.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices and ensuring each session is client-focused.
  • Regularly implement and review treatment goals, making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
  • Engage with additional treatment providers, case managers, and other relevant agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client session notes and treatment progress reports.
  • Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring adherence to scheduling and administrative responsibilities.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Promote a positive environment within the organization by enriching our team culture and supporting fellow staff members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials. Additional benefits include:
