Position Overview

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at EcoMind Behavioral and Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of individuals by providing exceptional mental health services. This full-time remote position provides you the flexibility to craft your own schedule while working in a supportive and vibrant team environment. We are looking for compassionate, skilled professionals who can offer effective therapy and contribute to our mission of transformation.

About the Organization

EcoMind Behavioral and Counseling Center is a high-end, boutique counseling practice located in Salem, Oregon, dedicated to offering an exceptional workplace for our therapists. Our mission centers on delivering transformational mental health services tailored to individual client needs. We pride ourselves on our administrative support team that alleviates the burdens of marketing and business tasks, allowing therapists to concentrate on what truly matters—providing impactful therapy. Our client base is diverse, and our caseloads are consistently full, offering a rewarding experience for our therapists.

Work Environment

This position offers a completely remote work setting that utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth technologies. As a member of our team, you will work in an atmosphere designed for flexibility and collaboration, where your input is valued, and your well-being is prioritized. Experience the convenience of managing your work-life balance while delivering mental health care from your own space, using our robust teletherapy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass various essential activities, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status and specific needs.
  • Crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, implementing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused strategies.
  • Delivering teletherapy services through secure platforms, ensuring clients receive care in a convenient and effective manner.
  • Offering crisis intervention services when necessary, addressing urgent needs with a compassionate approach.
  • Continuously engaging in professional development activities to remain abreast of the latest best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. This role allows for the utilization of varied therapeutic modalities, empowering you to apply your specialized training and interests in a meaningful way.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum level of experience is required, candidates with a background in telehealth services and proven experience in managing diverse client cases will be at an advantage. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and modalities is also beneficial and will enhance your contributions to our team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Comprehensive health insurance with dental and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance provided for your peace of mind.
  • A retirement savings plan with company match to help you prepare for the future.
  • Flexible work hours with the option to develop your own schedule.
  • Unlimited referrals to expand your client base and support your growth as a therapist.
Career Growth Opportunities

At EcoMind, we believe in investing in our employees’ professional development. As part of our team, you will have access to continuous training and development initiatives, enabling you to evolve in your practice. We encourage therapists to pursue their areas of interest and engage in specialized training that contributes to both personal growth and improved patient care.

Why Join Our Team

By joining EcoMind Behavioral and Counseling Center, you are becoming part of a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to enhancing mental health services. You will have the freedom to work in a supportive, flexible environment that prioritizes your professional development and well-being. Enjoy the autonomy of choosing your hours while being part of a mission-driven organization that truly values its employees and clients.
