We’re seeking a Client Success Intake Specialist who understands how to engage discerning clients, communicate value with clarity, and convert inquiries into committed next steps, all while delivering an exceptional, white-glove experience.
This is a fully remote position, starting part-time at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 90 days.
What You’ll Own
You are the first impression and the first decision point in the client journey.
- Lead inbound conversations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
- Quickly build rapport and establish trust with high-value prospective clients
- Ask strategic questions to uncover needs, urgency, and decision drivers
- Clearly and confidently articulate the value of our services
- Guide prospects toward scheduling consultations with our Client Success team
- Proactively follow up to re-engage and convert undecided prospects
- Use a CMS to maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience
This role requires the ability to balance empathy with influence, meeting clients where they are while guiding them toward action.
Who You Are
You are a polished communicator and natural closer who thrives in a consultative sales environment.
- You have experience selling high-value or premium services/products (legal, luxury retail, real estate, financial services, etc.)
- You understand how to position value, not just price
- You’re confident navigating sensitive, high-stakes conversations
- You actively listen and respond with intention
- You’re driven by goals, but never at the expense of the client experience
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and follow through consistently
