Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Processing Specialist to join our high-volume operations team for a temporary project.

We expect the project to start in August and end in October/November.


In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a large volume of data entry and administrative tasks that support critical business functions with hiring new candidates.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage high volumes of administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Enter, verify, and maintain data across multiple systems and platforms
  • Review documents and ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Meet productivity and quality targets consistently


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, data entry, or processing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
