Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor at Life Reconcile Therapists LLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to ascertain their needs and concerns.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals, using evidence-based practices.
• Providing individual therapy to adult clients, focusing on solution-oriented approaches that empower them to overcome personal challenges.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits
