Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and identify goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and aspirations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing a combination of evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, evaluating each situation with urgency and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Wellness Rehabilitation Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Experience in a remote therapeutic setting or familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
