Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of our regional Aviationteam, for exciting Infrastructure projects in the United States & Canada. This position can be remote and/or hybrid based out of one of our major offices preferably in Florida or Texas.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Serve as a trusted member of the team, working together to provide tailored sustainability strategy, design and solutions to our clients.
  • Support sustainability strategy development and certification efforts (e.g., LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, ENV, etc.).
  • Strong professional network, industry association participation, linked-in presence, and conference presentation experience considered an asset.
  • Help communicate with and engage stakeholders pertinent to each client's sustainability strategy, educating all on the value of sustainability and the impact of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with renewable energy analysis, greenhouse gas inventories, embodied carbon LCA, and carbon neutral building assessments.
  • Synthesize research findings into key themes, analyze information to develop conclusions and draft recommendations for a variety of deliverables.
  • Experience optimizing workflows with AI for improved productivity and responsible integration into client deliverables considered essential.
  • Collect, organize, and trend large datasets and analyze from various departments and partners.
  • Perform all other duties as directed by Management team.
  • Produce high quality, visually compelling presentations and deliverables.
  • Facilitate conversations between multiple stakeholders to devise sustainability strategies

What your experience looks like

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability management or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with relevant sustainability project experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to organize and present design information to clients.
  • Passion for sustainability in the bult environment, aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to execute with minimal oversight.
