• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient support, utilizing telehealth platforms for remote engagements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to grasp clients’ mental health and relational needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.
• Implement evidence-based techniques, including family systems theory and systemic interventions, to address various relational dynamics, communication barriers, and family stressors.
• Facilitate crisis interventions to provide immediate relief and support during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Educate clients on practical strategies for effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms, enhancing their overall relational and emotional health.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

As an LMFT at Helpline Counseling Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, encompassing adults, couples, and families facing various psychological and relational challenges. We cater to individuals from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as marital discord, parenting challenges, communication difficulties, and mental health disorders. This diversity enriches the therapeutic process, providing therapists with a unique array of experiences that enhance their professional growth.

• A valid Marriage and Family Therapist license (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapeutic services is highly desirable.
