Accountabilities:

The Business Support & CRM Coordinator will provide essential administrative, CRM, and customer support services to help improve operational performance and maintain high-quality client interactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and update customer records within CRM platforms, ensuring accurate and organized data management.
  • Maintain sales pipelines by tracking opportunities, updating statuses, and monitoring workflow progress.
  • Perform regular data entry, quality checks, and CRM maintenance to support business visibility and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and text communication while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach.
  • Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer updates throughout the client journey.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely communication and smooth customer support processes.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with business standards and service expectations.
  • Research and build prospect lists for referral partners, business contacts, and growth opportunities.
  • Support outreach initiatives, meeting coordination, and relationship-building activities with external partners.
  • Maintain operational reports, digital records, and internal documentation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and customer-focused professional with experience in CRM management, administrative support, and business operations. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Previous experience managing CRM systems and maintaining customer data accuracy.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred; familiarity with other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or client-facing support experience required.
  • Administrative support and business operations experience required.
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized digital records.
  • Experience supporting home service businesses or similar industries is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with native or near-native proficiency required for future client-facing responsibilities.
