If you're a strategic hunter with a passion for expanding markets and building high-impact partnerships, this is your opportunity to lead growth in mission-critical industries. What You'll Do Identify and win new business in Power Generation, Data Centers, Defense, Rail & Locomotive, and Oil & Gas.

Develop and execute market strategies for both emerging and established sectors. Build lasting relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders. Leverage insights to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions. Own the pipeline–manage CRM, forecast accurately, and maintain a strong 12-month outlook. Represent our brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

What You Bring Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Business Development or Sales Management. Proven success as a hunter – you know how to break into new markets and exceed targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience Selling technical products into target industries.

Established networks in engineering and procurement. Familiarity with heat transfer technologies (radiators, oil coolers, HVAC, etc.). Solid understanding of engine cooling and thermal management systems.
