This is a fully remote position, allowing you the freedom to design your own working schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth technology that facilitates seamless communication with clients, and we provide unlimited administrative support, ensuring you can focus predominantly on therapy and client care rather than cumbersome paperwork.

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, helping clients to develop coping strategies and improve their mental well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, thereby promoting personal insight and relational understanding.
• Advocate for clients by helping them establish and achieve personal mental health goals, tailoring strategies to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients’ mental health conditions, design and implement effective treatment plans rooted in a solution-focused approach.

The clients you will support are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, carefully screened before being referred to you. This ensures a manageable caseload comprised of individuals aligned with your specialty and demographic preferences, allowing for more effective and focused therapy sessions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed and in good standing to practice independently without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency with computers and various digital communication tools is required, as daily interactions with clients and documentation will be conducted through digital platforms.

While the required experience is a minimum of 2 years in a mental health counseling role, any additional credentials or specialties in particular therapeutic methodologies or client demographics will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in telehealth practices will also be preferred.

• Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually based on your work hours and client caseload.
• A sign-on bonus upon accepting the offer.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely payment.
• For full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend is available to support your well-being.
