• Deliver ethical, client-centered mental health counseling through secure video consultations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to track progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Minimize administrative burdens through limited paperwork, allowing more time for client interaction.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who seek mental health support within the community health framework. This demographic often includes individuals managing stressors related to everyday life, work-related challenges, and transitional phases, allowing you to play a key role in enhancing their emotional and mental well-being.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Hold an active, unrestricted state license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with no ongoing supervision required.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using digital tools for therapy.
• Ensure a stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community health settings and the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Strong background in developing treatment plans centered on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based modalities.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
