If you're energized by consultative selling, building strategic partnerships, and driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
CareATC Advantages
  • Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus commissions
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Opportunity to lead growth for one of CareATC's fastest-growing service lines
  • Executive visibility with the ability to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborative partnership with Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Client Success leadership
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Disability, and Life Insurance
  • Low to No Cost Telehealth services starting on day one
  • Clinic services and medications available at little to no cost for employees and dependents

About the Job
The Director of Sales, Virtual Primary Care is responsible for driving new business growth for CareATC's virtual primary care solution. This is a quota-carrying leadership role responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy, generating new client relationships, and positioning CareATC as a trusted partner for employers, health plans, and third-party administrators.
Working closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Client Success, and Executive Leadership, you'll help shape market strategy while leading consultative sales efforts that demonstrate the clinical and financial value of CareATC's virtual care model.
This is a remote position requiring approximately 50% travel.
What You'll Do
  • Drive new business growth by owning the Virtual Primary Care sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Meet and exceed revenue objectives through strategic business development and consultative sales.
  • Refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for CareATC's Virtual Primary Care solution.
  • Build relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, health plans, and third-party administrators.
  • Position Virtual Primary Care as a strategic component of employer healthcare and benefits strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, target markets, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure sales presentations accurately reflect CareATC's care model and clinical capabilities.
  • Partner with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract execution through client onboarding.
  • Monitor competitive trends, industry developments, and buyer insights to continuously strengthen market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or related commercial leadership.
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding revenue goals in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Experience selling healthcare solutions, employer-sponsored healthcare services, digital health, virtual care, or related healthcare offerings.
  • Strong network of employer, broker, consultant, health plan, or healthcare industry relationships.
  • Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers and influence complex buying groups.
