Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and engaging in effective communication to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address various mental health concerns.

Qualifications

  • A completed masterโ€™s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
