Health Link Now Wellness Clinic is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team of professionals dedicated to providing top-tier mental health care. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health treatment. Regular meetings and collaboration are conducted via telehealth platforms, which enables effective communication and shared insights on client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and engaging in effective communication to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address various mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure clients receive holistic care, whereby treatment is personalized based on integrated feedback and progress reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and facilitating therapeutic relationships.
