• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing varied methodologies to effectively address a wide array of mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other specialists to provide coordinated, holistic care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their mental well-being are addressed.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support to clients in acute distress, leveraging empathy and professional expertise to guide them towards stability.
• Engage in community outreach efforts and create educational initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and eradicating stigma, actively contributing to community well-being.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role emphasizes cultural competence, as you will work with clients facing a spectrum of mental health difficulties, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. By addressing the unique needs of each client, you will contribute significantly to their overall mental health outcomes and quality of life.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity when working with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.

• Experience working within a community health clinic setting is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• A background in crisis intervention and emergency response training will be beneficial for this role.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
