V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.ย This is a remote opportunity for the following locations: CO, FL, IN, MI, MO, NE, NC, OH, SC, TN, WI and AZ with opportunities for in-office work at one of our office locations if preferred.

You\'ll change the shape of your community by charting plans that become tomorrowโ€™s places, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Survey team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.ย 

Here\'s what you\'ll do:

  • Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.ย 
  • Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.ย 
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.ย 
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.ย 
  • Bid new projects and create/write proposals.ย 

We\'re looking for:

  • Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.ย 
  • Professional licensure in Indiana is required.ย 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.ย 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.ย 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.ย 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.ย
