***This role requires you to be located in the Indianapolis area because this is a hybrid role and requires one a day a week in the office.***

Position Summary:ย 

The Clientย Services Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to our clients.ย  This position requires a high level of technical expertise along with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.ย  This role will support several clients with oversight from a manager of client services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, an inquisitive mindset, a background in T-SQL, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work in a timely manner following a standard process.ย 

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: ย 

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.ย 
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting thorough quality checks and validations.ย 
  • Own client jobs making sure they are running smoothly and on-time per established calendar; identify and remediate pain points to continually improve the process.ย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients every day.ย 
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, address issues promptly, and provide regular updates.ย 
  • Respond to and fulfill client tickets and requests in a timely manner with quality.ย 
  • Contribute to client team meetings for client projects and engagements.ย 
  • Take accountability for project deliverables, ensuring they meet the established standards and client expectations.ย 
  • Develop, test, and deploy T-SQL scripts to support various client projects.ย 
  • Implement advanced ETL processes to acquire and load large datasets.ย 
  • Follow established procedures and standards as outlined by leadership.ย 
  • Maintain associated procedural documentation.ย 
  • Evaluate appropriateness of data for ad hoc requests and client projects.ย 
  • Contribute code that is well-documented, logical, and easy to follow.ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

Minimum Required:ย 

  • Undergraduate degreeย 
  • Experience with relational databasesย 

Preferred:ย ย 

  • 1 to 3 years industry experience in either data analytics or healthcareย 
  • Evident proficiency and hands-on experience using T-SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.ย 
  • Descriptive statistics and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience.ย 
  • Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus.ย 

Skills:ย ย 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.ย 
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality work.ย 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.ย 
  • Proficiency in T-SQL with hands-on experience in writing complex queries and scripts.ย 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to keep multiple projects on schedule.ย 
  • Experience in a client-facing role or in the pharmaceutical industry is a plusย 
  • Ability to work remotely.ย 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues within established product boundaries.ย 
  • Strong team player with the ability to work and execute independently.ย 
  • Desire for continuous improvement and growth - driven to excel.ย 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.ย 
  • Experience in SSIS is a plus but not required.ย
