• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and develop professional skills through ongoing training and education.

• Manage scheduling through our integrated system, ensuring your calendar is optimized for maximum client engagement, while also handling client communications effectively.

You will primarily work with adult clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. • A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active mental health license in good standing, such as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Strong written communication skills to complete detailed notes on each session and ensure compliance with all licensing board requirements and documentation standards.

• A clean disciplinary record with no pending actions against your license.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and techniques that support clients in achieving therapeutic goals.

• Experience in a remote work environment that highlights adaptability and independence in managing client relationships and workflows.
