The position operates within a telehealth framework that facilitates virtual interactions and therapy sessions with clients across various settings. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on evidence-based approaches to address specific issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally sensitive strategies to ensure all clients feel understood and supported.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our EHR system for effective case management.

• Collaborate with other health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and make referrals when necessary.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills necessary to manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse population, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders as well as those seeking preventive care and support. As a counselor, you will engage with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and conditions, viewing each person from a holistic perspective to tailor interventions that reflect their cultural and personal contexts.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is essential.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.

• A solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to foster rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.

• A commitment to adhering to ethical guidelines, maintaining professional boundaries, and practicing confidentiality.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and collaborating to enhance patient outcomes.

• Experience delivering therapy using culturally responsive techniques and frameworks that value diversity and inclusion.

• Previous work in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual client interactions.

• Advanced training or specialization in evidence-based treatments is a plus.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by additional benefits, including a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
