• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring that assessments and evaluations are thorough and tailored.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, delivering services to individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster effective mental health treatment.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, based on the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care that meets all aspects of a client's needs.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and patient trust.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continuous education, staying informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. The ideal counselor will possess the skills to work with a wide range of age groups and backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and adaptability to meet varying needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is mandatory.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance abuse is highly desired.
• Experience using digital tools and platforms to conduct telehealth services can be an advantage.
