• Perform thorough assessments to identify mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's needs.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client specifications.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adapting treatment strategies to ensure progress.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer or require virtual sessions, leveraging telehealth platforms to maintain high-quality care.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to cultivate advanced clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• A compassionate demeanor with sensitivity to clients' diverse backgrounds and struggles.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, providing therapy to a varied clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and an ability to adapt to digital care delivery.
• Evidence of advanced training or specialization in particular therapeutic modalities.
