Qualifications
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
  • A compassionate demeanor with sensitivity to clients' diverse backgrounds and struggles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
