Working from home can also mean less immediate support from colleagues or supervisors. To manage these challenges, it's important to stay up-to-date with HIPAA regulations, utilize available training resources, and maintain clear communication with your team via digital channels. Employers typically provide secure systems and regular opportunities for virtual team meetings to foster collaboration and ongoing support.
