This position is 100% remote, allowing you to deliver critical mental health services through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage in empathetic dialogue with clients, helping to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress in therapy.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, including those with mobility challenges.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and stay informed about advances in mental health care practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, supporting individuals facing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship difficulties, and more. Each client presents unique challenges, requiring customized strategies to foster resilience and healing. Your ability to adapt your approach based on varying backgrounds and personal narratives will be crucial in creating a therapeutic alliance.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain administrative duties alongside clinical responsibilities.

• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly valued, enabling you to adapt to virtual therapy practices.
• Previous work with a diverse client population, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, engaging in peer supervision and case consultations.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
