Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Possession of an independent state-issued license such as:

    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Exceptional ability to make clinical evaluations, recommendations, and treatment plans rooted in best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism with clients.
  • Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, making adept use of teletherapy tools and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience level.
