Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while still being a crucial part of our collaborative team. Our work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Team meetings and consultations are conducted through virtual platforms, ensuring continuous engagement and communication among staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client, while monitoring progress through regular follow-ups.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and strategies to optimize their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to enhance holistic care delivery.
  • Stay informed on current trends and advancements in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic practices and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
