As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual patient backgrounds and mental health challenges.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions based on best practices and patient preferences.
• Providing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches selected to meet individual patient needs.
• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all records.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care effectively and optimize patient outcomes.
• Engaging in ongoing education surrounding the latest research and techniques in mental health to continually improve service delivery.
• Offering psychoeducation and support resources to patients and their families to empower them throughout their treatment process.

Our clinic serves a diverse group of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and a range of other mental health issues. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy services within a mental health setting.
• Expertise in solution-focused interventions and therapeutic practices that facilitate meaningful patient engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for professional collaboration and rapport-building with patients.

Experience working in remote environments, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and a background in managing cases with complex mental health conditions will be considered an advantage in this role. Knowledge in addressing diverse cultural and linguistic patients will also be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
