This position operates entirely within a telehealth framework, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through a secure and user-friendly online platform. You will benefit from flexible working hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for rescheduling based on client needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement effective therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a diverse set of tools are available to address various mental health conditions.
• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our electronic medical record system to document interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to evaluate patient progress and refine treatment strategies.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to elevate the quality and effectiveness of the clinical services provided.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance overall support systems.
• Continuously pursue professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and innovations in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our client population includes individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses, offering a rich environment for therapeutic engagement. Your role will not only facilitate healing but also empower clients with skills and strategies to navigate their personal challenges and foster resilience.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of solution-focused psychotherapy approaches tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to evaluate treatment efficacy and adapt approaches as needed.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges of providing therapy through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance documentation efficiency and optimize patient care.
• Prior experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment, showcasing a commitment to holistic client care.
